[Update: Winners Announcement]
I must say this is the most difficult task ever on Scription, to determine the winner of the 1st prize. Thanks so much to you all Scription readers really! I learned a lot from you, every one of your little comments counts and I went to the extreme to study each one meticulously. I shall be responding to you one by one. To share with you just the analytics: 59% comments from females vs. 41% from males. 67% of you like Box B vs. 33% Box A. Traffic came from USA, HKG, JPN, GBR, SGP, CAN in order. Comments came from USA, PHL, MYS, HKG, CAN, SGP in order.
I really had a difficult time to choose the winner, 67 of you commented and I had to pick one, imagine that! So eventually I decided to forget what you all wrote (even though I read all and genuinely know you all better) and just pull up the first person came to my mind, this happens to be Mr. Colin Edwards whom I can almost see his face as a real person communicating with me. The other two winners were chosen as promised by random draw using Excel function =RAND()*(67-1)+1.
Again, I feel deeply thankful for your participation and I know you a little bit more, hope to hear from you even more often, for the finer things in life, for the tiny pleasures we should be able to find in life, for the appreciation of what we already have.
- Traveler's Notebook in brown color: Colin Edwards from Margate, UK. Happy birthday 73 years old Colin! Wish you great health and happiness in years to come :)
- Traveler's Notebook brass clips: Rebecca B from Kentucky, US. Thanks for sticking around with this tiny little blog since my VOX time.
- Traveler's Notebook brass ball pen in brown color: Connie from California, US. Thanks to be around even though your Scription time is just around 6 months, keep coming back for more.
I shall be contacting you shortly for your postage address, hopefully I will be able to add a few more samples from my office to spice up your package. THANK YOU!
[Update: Traveler's Notebook Giveaway until 19th Feb 2011]
Acting on impulse, I'd like to know more about Scription readers like you. No matter where you are in the world, you are included. Tell me which Traveler's Notebook box you like (A or B) by commenting below, more importantly tell me how you like/dislike Scription, how did you end up here, which country/city you come from, how long have you been a reader, what you blog about…. or so on. The idea is to know my readers.
3 prizes will be given, see the image here:
- Traveler's Notebook in brown color: I will select the winner based on interestingness of the comment, the more I know about you the better.
- Traveler's Notebook brass clips: random draw
- Traveler's Notebook brass ball pen in brown color: random draw
There is no need to fake your way to win, coz for prize 2 and 3 everybody has an equal chance to win. Prize 1 is for those who are genuinely interested in what I blog about and whom I can interact with. For those of you who already entered comments, you are already in, no harm in adding a few more words though.
Announcement will be made in this post on 19th Feb 2011, be sure you to leave your email, which will not be shown to public. Have fun!
